The inspiration behind RELAY comes from the incredible challenges people encounter during their lives, both physically and mentally, times that cause ones life to turn upside down and often change direction.
Like a relay, we must ‘hand off’ some of the old and grab the new to move forward, sometimes with others, sometimes moving into a new phase of ourselves.
This blend combines herbs thought to be supportive in times of change, repair and rebuilding.
Particularly beautiful is this teas ability to change color, from a rich teal blue once brewed, to then being able to add a few drops of lemon (optional) to transform it to a rich deep purple—a color that often symbolizes survival.
