CREATIVITEA is a tea we created in partnership with an amazing artist, Lea kTawd, who felt a tea that supports creativity would be a perfect combination to her new book, Creativity Unstuck. Herbs can be an amzingly delicious way to help the creative process.
CREATIVITEA is a combination of herbs inspired by the basic principal that creativity lies within each of us, to be discovered and unlocked, so we have selected herbs known to enhance and support flow and created this blend that dances between mind, heart and inner wisdom.
Holy Basil, also know as Tulsi, has centuries old traditional uses in teas and is best known for adaptogen properties by decreasing a stressed body and supporting the body in returning to perfect balance. Ashwagandha is also considered an adaptogen herb.
Rosemary and Sage, steeped in historical beneficial uses for clear mind and strong senses is combined with lavender, invigorating to the body along with Lotus Flower, know for and symbolizing intuition and wisdom.
We recommend that pregnant women limit the use of this tea to one cup a day.
