  • Natural Dried Apple Pieces (No sulphites), Honeybush, Cloves, Orange Peel, Cinnamon Bark, Ginger Root, Tumeric Root, Caramom, Nutmeg, Mama Hug.





  • Syrup DirectionsPlace 1/2 cup blend & 2 cups water into pan. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 45 mins. Let it rest & cool for 1 hour. Strain off liquid to remove herbs, press slightly. (Used herbs can be added to plants or compost). Add 1 cup of honey to the elderberry liquid & stir together. Pour into a sterile bottle or jar & refrigerate.
