We suggest this tea is steeped at water approximately 195-200F for at least 3 minutes, preferably 4-5.
Strength preferences vary from person to person, but our recommendation is 1 to 1.5 tablespoon per 8-10 oz water. To optimize the soothing effects, we suggest steeping a second cup from reusing the blend.
